Table Runner


I wish I could say that I did all of the beautiful applique work on this birthday gift! But I actually took a tablecloth that I had purchased at Anthropologie and cut it apart. I sewed a fun backing fabric on it to make a table runner.

Starflower Quilt





The Moda "Horizon" fabrics by Kate Spain took on a new life when used in the "Starflower" quilt as designed by Angela Nash. This is a fun one. When you look at the colors in the quilt, you see flowers. But when you look at the negative space, you see stars!

Echinacea Quilt

I enjoyed using the "Echinacea" fabric from Anna Maria Horner's "Pretty Potent" fabric collection to make this quilt for my dad. She makes some flannel echinacea fabrics, as well, so that became the natural choice for the backing!
